Outstanding! This has been the most responsive service I have seen in a very long time. I received a text 90 minutes before my appointment, asking if it was OK that they arrive EARLIER than planned. Technicians Chuck and Bob were top tier. Professional, friendly, neat, and they finished quickly. I was up and running with FAST internet at my originally scheduled install time. How often does that happen?? A service provider over-delivering? Wow! Thanks BAM.

Installers Gordon and John arrived precisely on time. Gordon explained how the installation would proceed, what he would need access to and where equipment would be placed. He answered all the questions I had about the installation. They completed the installation in two hours, an hour less than estimated. This included laying a line across the attic and fishing it down an interior wall. Installation was done neatly both indoors and out. Internet service was available immediately at the end of the installation. I found Gordon, with whom I had all the contact, to be courteous, knowledgeable, and respectful of my property. I am very pleased with the efficiency of this team of BAM installers.

They definitely are a great company! They have the best customer service in the business! They are always there when you need them. I’d like to give a shout out to Shawn every time I call the company and I get Shawn he’s always so friendly and truly goes out of his way to help us. Every technician they send out are always friendly and truly want to help you. They are true professionals that know their business. I’ve been a homeowner for many years and had other companies, but they are by far the best in the business!
