Our family used Brightstar for in-home nursing care for our mother. Patti was able to secure nurses to work the same day I called. We settled in to a regular group of nurses and felt that our mom received excellent care. Two nurses in particular really stood out as exceptional: Seth and Tierra. Both gave excellent care, showed tremendous compassion, and treated our mom with dignity. We felt confident that Mom would be in good hands whenever we saw their names on the schedule.

They canceled on you whenever they want. I’ve waited three weeks in a row at the time. They said they were coming. No one ever showed the management. Don’t call you back. They’re just very inconsiderate of the people who care for their loved ones. The people in the office, don’t need to be in the office.

Had an aid named MYA come for the first time today .right off you could tell she didn’t want to be here. She was cold upon greeting. We went over the list that was filled out on needs . ( FILLED out by YOUR interm at that as to what to do in this home for mom a few days prior to this aid coming) She was introduced to mom and then shown what was needed. As she was doing lite cleaning upstairs in mom’s room and lite in moms bath ( as we made sure all was mostly done and kept up with) , she comes down and announces she needed to make a phone call. She leaves and we receive a call full of total lies told by her and she never came back. That’s fine we don’t want her back!!! We even asked her if there was special drinks , snacks, cleaning items, she perferred that we would gladly have that and more ready for her each time. We wanted her to feel welcome and appreciated. Perhaps Your company should Be more picky upon whom you hire !!! Sorry she couldn’t just sit around on a phone and do nothing for 4 hours !!! Signed ( the daughter inlaw)
