I have no complaints rather very pleased to be a part of Brightlilly family who recognises hard work and everyday struggle of nurses Regarding VCare app – a round of applause to the person who worked behind and launched it . What a marvellous service I have not seen any other agencies who have that advance system Under one area everything is there Like time sheets , upcoming shifts , shifts notes upon completion of the shift , signing in and out for the system is just WOW. Very much touched with this advance technology and great great idea Although I’m casual but have had plenty shifts done with BH Thanks to everyone involved in this project Best regards Jas Kaur RN

Brightlilly Healthcare is nothing short of SPECTACULAR! Great and wonderful staff, Competent RN, EN, AIN and all staff, not to mention a very helpful and knowledgeable boss. They provide great training, support, guidance and flexibility to all the employee. The communications are great! Really Highly Recommended.

Don’t bother. They sign you up. Get you to go to an “on boarding” session. Nearly 2 weeks.. nothing. Contacted the person who signed us in as to how to get the app to check for work. No reply. Total waste of time. If this is how you run a business.. forget it. I reckon there’s something suspicious here. Perhaps they want signed contracts for some reason. Bonus sign on?? I’m in Victoria btw
