This location is terrible 😞 the wait times can get very long because they have an employee who intentionally works slow. The funny part about it is that they will tell you to talk to a manager. Now they are instructed to say “sorry for the long wait”. And the long wait happens every day the Post Office is open. The upsale is the “killer move” from the employee who’s slower than the turtle. It’s painful to watch this postal employee doing this painful upsale when customers don’t need it and always say “No”. Knock knock. Time for a change. The lines are so long.

When I got there, there seemed to be a really long line and I thought I was going to be there forever but the 1 clerk got everyone going pretty steadily and I was in and out in no time. I still wish they’d hire more clerks to get things going quicker and not burn out the employees they have.

I arrived at this post office at 8:35 AM, only to find it still closed with a line already formed at the entrance. Despite staff being present, they didn’t open the doors until 8:45, and a clerk wasn’t available until 9 AM. This alone wouldn’t compel me to write a bad review, but even when everything is operating normally, there’s always just one clerk working—despite the obvious need for more—and the usual clerk here works at the pace of a sloth, so a line of ten or more people always forms. I’ve now resorted to driving an additional 10 minutes to the next closest post office, as I end up spending less time there with the additional commute included than I would at this one.
