I was here for a pre-selection interview. The rooms are bright and pleasant. The contact both before and after the interview was prompt, friendly and open. The conversation itself was conducted professionally and at eye level. There was generally a very pleasant atmosphere. What I particularly liked was the honest and open feedback immediately after the conversation. In my opinion, this is a recommendable company where applicants are not viewed as supplicants. Thumbs up!

I don’t know if everyone in this company is like that and since I was at least happy about the call and the rejection, I get 2 points. Mr. Ing. Seyer was unfriendly and very arrogant in his tone. I tried to ignore it because I was very interested in the job or the subsequent offer. Ultimately, he is the mediator and not my employer, but it is a disgrace when you express your desired salary and then are laughed at and statements like “Are you sure you earn that much? Then it must be a great employer.. “and you have to hear something like “Do you have children, because you didn’t mention that” … read the requirements, this information is voluntary, which I am always happy to answer if my Ask the other person interestedly and kindly. “A partnership? Hmm..” as if that were a crime.. “I’m now unsure whether this can work out…” is what I heard for the first time during an initial consultation. Honesty is good, but I think recruiters should phrase it a little differently. I have never dealt with such an unprofessional agent before. Maybe Mr. Ing. Seyer should rethink his career. This is the first time I’ve had to write a review like this and I think it’s a real shame. Anyway, love to everyone. I’ll get the right job for me 🙂

After my application, there was a quick on-site discussion with Dr. Haberleithner, a personality test and the presentation of 2 possible jobs. The interview with the customer took place quickly a few days later. So far so good. The job was offered as a management position. What emerged from the conversation was that it was more of a team lead position. It was then agreed that we would get in touch. 1.5 weeks later I spoke to Dr.’s voicemail. Haberleithner, no reaction. 2 weeks later I contacted you again… I was promised that if there was a decision I would get in touch. Now it’s August… zero response… no emails but a new tender for the customer… but now as a team lead… I would have liked more professionalism!
