I don’t know if everyone in this company is like that and since I was at least happy about the call and the rejection, I get 2 points. Mr. Ing. Seyer was unfriendly and very arrogant in his tone. I tried to ignore it because I was very interested in the job or the subsequent offer. Ultimately, he is the mediator and not my employer, but it is a disgrace when you express your desired salary and then are laughed at and statements like “Are you sure you earn that much? Then it must be a great employer.. “and you have to hear something like “Do you have children, because you didn’t mention that” … read the requirements, this information is voluntary, which I am always happy to answer if my Ask the other person interestedly and kindly. “A partnership? Hmm..” as if that were a crime.. “I’m now unsure whether this can work out…” is what I heard for the first time during an initial consultation. Honesty is good, but I think recruiters should phrase it a little differently.
I have never dealt with such an unprofessional agent before. Maybe Mr. Ing. Seyer should rethink his career.
This is the first time I’ve had to write a review like this and I think it’s a real shame.
Anyway, love to everyone. I’ll get the right job for me 🙂
