I will give this complex a 1 star, due to the friends we made here, but would give 0 (if I could) for management, professionalism and complete disregard for people and their rights. My husband and I have experienced multiple health issues over the last year specifically related to Mold that was discovered in our home both air borne and surface mold in the kitchen and bathroom. Jennifer Jay sent a professional mold inspector, a fair move, but refused to share the results of the testing and only offering remedy 37 days after our initial complaint and seeing us moving our personal belongings. Attached is proof they found mold, but didn’t care about the health ramifications to act sooner.
With many attempts to seek support and assistance from management and their legal department, we have moved after given a proper 60-day notice. Lastly, we have learned that $2300 and some change in exuberant fees have been added to our account to include a lease violation charge, insurance charges and month to month charges I didn’t even know existed. I have never in all my professional years encountered such blatant disregard and unprofessionalism as I have with Jennifer and this team. If anything, I hope this review encourages residents to seek assistance to ensure their health is protected as well as their rights to live in a safe, habitable environment.
