One star may be a reach. The client advocates don’t advocate for nothing but themselves. Good forbid you ask for help with anything. The facility is good to stay warm and dry, although I wouldn’t recommend trying to take a shower there unless you want to be rushed. One can understand that it is challenging there at times, as well as one could benefit from being able to see it from the client perspective. It’s a pretty simple thing, human dignity. Unfortunately, it is no longer respected. Hopefully people can heal/deal with whatever is causing them to be bitter.
