Absolutely hands down, THE worst company of any sort that I have EVER dealt with. It has literally taken six months to change an address and get a share statement. Registered Post lost, multiple requests returned but then accepted when the exact same documents were sent by my lawyer. Multiple requests for statements to be sent but never received. Honestly, I cannot believe how traumatic this has been and wonder how this company can continue to operate in this way?

Far and away the worst registry company I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve now waited over 2 months for a dividend payment to be processed while they collect the interest in the meantime. I’ve had to constantly chase them for an update and either get a response that its going to be processed at the next sweep or that its been escalated yet nothing happens. This is the first Google review I’ve ever written which reflects how poor my customer experience has been with Boardroom Pty Limited.

If the KPI’s of the customer (non) service department of Boardroom are to deceive, delay & do whatever they can to not assist their clients, then they are outstandingly successful! Companies that have their share registry managed by this incompetent organisation are damaging their own brand. One star is two too many.
