I moved to AZ from GA, and they got my move in date mixed up so I didn’t have a place to stay when I got here (drove). That was just the start of this nightmare of living at Saratoga Ridge. Previous tenants clothes were stuck in the washer. Problems with the washer and dryer I didn’t get to use it for over a month. Then it was the fridge. It kept leaking water all over the floor and inside the fridge. I lost hundreds from groceries. The ceiling in my one bedroom apartment kept leaking. My children and I wore rain coats to go to the bathroom. Infested with roaches. It began a couple months in. Then we started getting white roaches. The toilet in the one bedroom flooded multiple times and they blamed me bc I have children and said it was my fault. They charged me for the toilet flooding several times. My mailbox was broken into. And I got this snarky note. My neighbor harassed me and my children several times to the point where it interrupted me working. I’m a single mom and it was pure hell living here. This is not a family friendly community. I didn’t feel safe, the leasing office continuously charged me wrongfully so I paid more than what was in my lease. I hated living here. None of the staff at the leasing office is understanding. My dishwasher had to be replaced, as it also wasn’t working. My water heater kept going out so I was on the third water heater by the time I moved out bc we had no hot water for over 7 weeks combined. Which is illegal. They took my deposit and charged me for cleaning when I cleaned before I left. I would look elsewhere unless you truly don’t have anywhere else to go. Save your self the nightmare and keep your money. So after 30 work orders, 2 fridges, 3 water heaters, one replaced bathroom ceiling, a roach infestation…i can truly say this is the worst place I’ve ever lived. I’ve tried reaching out to the management company too. No response.

Due to everyone’s reviews which is difficult to bi-pass, I was under the assumption that I had chosen to move into a section 8 home or the ghetto. I mean roaches, bed bugs, the ceiling and walls hanging off of each other was what I was in fear of. Despite everyone else’s negative experiences and comments I have had only positive remarks and blessings. Upon coming to tour the apartment, Sarah and Shay were very greet able and friendly with their services. The apartment complex is hugeeeeee and gated which is a plus. It’s very walkable and beautiful all around. There following amenities they provide is a gym, swimming pools, playgrounds, market place, soccer field, etc. It’s a very quiet and friendly community in my opinion as I have not had any problems or complaints. Sarah was able to help me apply for the apartment of my choice and I was able to get approved within seconds. Amazing right!! Upon moving into the apartment, it was 100% ready and very clean. I was so surprised and happy that everything had been wiped down, vacuumed and cleaned. Cleaning the apartment myself which is typical for me to do was easy as there was barely any left over dirt or mold. Everything was working perfectly such as my electricity, water, and a plus my washer/dyer. The community itself is soooo gorgeous let me tell you and you can tell the office/maintenance puts in work to make sure that everything is landscaped and beautiful everyday. I love taking my walks and runs in the morning and being able to smell the fresh grass, or sit at a bench and read is very warming and relaxing. There gym is well maintained and cleaned too. I love working out, and they have amazing equipment to get your heart and adrenaline pumping. And being able to go next door to there marketplace ughhhh amazing!! When I tell you everything is walkable I mean it. They have parks nearby, stores, groceries, and shopping centers all across the street. A beautiful community after all, don’t judge a book by its cover nor listen to what other people say. Please please don’t listen to the negative reviews because they are false, and untrue and just want attention. People will lie and completely change the situation falsely. You all are truly missing out🌸💕🐚

I had a great apartment tour with Irene. She is the best leasing office agent I have ever toured with, very nice and she answered all questions well. The apartment price is also very reasonable and affordable. The community is very great too. I think I will love it here.
