As I approached the register at the Glen Mills, PA Staples store, Sarah cheerfully greeted me and helped with the recycling of ink cartridges, purchasing a few items and most importantly, logging into my app so I could benefit from the latest 20% off coupon! She was so friendly, helpful, patient, and kind.
