I buy stamps regularly from The Mailbox for the last several years. So much quicker than going to the Post Office. I have not used their services for shipping, so I can’t attest to that.

I needed to ship a rather large box to Morocco. I had never done this before and lots of things in Morocco are complicated. I stopped by on a Friday and asked 10K questions, which were answered with patience and kindness. I came back the following Monday, first thing at 8:00am because I felt confident that I would be in good hands. I was not wrong. I was given a lot of TLC and even more patience, making me feel reassured and happy. Thank you for going above and beyond! ❤️ Double for the offer to haggle with customs on my behalf if there’s anything glitchy on the receiving end.

Edited review: We’ve used the Mailbox for a year or two now and generally love it. The service and owner are wonderful. We did have one snafu over the summer where we had confusion about inconsistent fee charges, but in the grand scheme of things, the service and business are great. Just be aware that there are extra fees for packages not picked up after 5 days (yes, it’s in the contract).
