I had a mostly positive experience at bluebell hospital. The reception staff were polite and tired their best to assist , though at times the waiting could be bit long. The nursing staff (sister) stood out the most- they were genuinely caring , attentive , and made me feel comfortable during my stay . The doctors was knowledgeable and took time to explain things cleatly, which helped ease my concerns. Overall i felt wellcared for and appreciated the efforts of the entire team .

I was treated by highly skilled doctors like Dr. Ushma Patel and Dr. Vandana Chavan. Special thanks to Dr. Jayesh Kumar for the cooperation and timely guidance provided to me. Nurses and staff are cooperative. Hassle-free cashless facility is available and infrastructure is well maintained with required testing facilities.

Don’t go on the fake reviews. This is not a good hospital. I had come here with an emergency patient , and it was disastrous. From entering the hospital it was just money grubbing and mismanagement. The management staff is completely corrupt and irresponsible. Took payment on his personal google pay for tests, i mean thats beyond unethical. No professionalism. No ethics. Locking ICU from the inside was bizarre practice. Staff sleeping on ICU beds, not able to provide basic information. RMO at night was clueless and was disinterested. Creating panic and misdirection on every single point. Visiting and OPD doctors are good. But as an hospital. Would never recommend. Paid 50k in probably 4 hours for just antibiotics and sodium insertion. Not recommended. If owners or main management of the hospital reads this, please contact. Would give you details in total elaboration . You guys have good incoming doctors, please build up upon that.
