Terrible Experience. One of the recruiters, Michael, said they had a job opportunity that he was going to help me apply to. I welcomed the idea, and followed all his steps. He sent me a question from the hiring manager, and I gave him my answer to pass on. A week passed by with no update at all, to the point I messaged 3 times asking for updates. He then says the hiring manager said no because you never answered their question?! I pointed out to him I replied within 2 hours of his message, the same day he sent it to me. Due to Michaels mistake, I missed out on an opportunity and instead of accepting responsibility he ignored my replies. Completely unprofessional.
