I had high hopes for living at this apartment complex, but what started as a fresh start, quickly turned into one of the scariest experiences of my life. Within the first few months of living at this apartment complex, I started being harassed on a daily basis by my next-door neighbor. I had to get help from the apartment complex to mediate the situation, which they did and I was really grateful for. However, as months went by the lack of communication during power outages and other incidents made living here feel unsafe. Additionally, I started experiencing extreme harassment from the community in the area. In fact, after leaving my clothes reeked of cigarette smoke. I didn’t smoke cigarettes, but you know who did the maintenance man who was often walking around the apartment building at all hours of the day and night. when I finally left, fleeing the state in the middle of the night due to community harassment, and abuse, I sent the front office an email informing them of the very frightening situation that I was in. I never heard back. Once I got to Texas, I emailed again. informing her of my new address and that I was currently living with a police officer out here in Texas. I lived with a police officer for six months because of the abuse I injured while living at this disgusting place. My mental health had deteriorated so badly from the community and this complex that I could barely function. to make matters worse, I didn’t hear from them for a year. Up until about two months ago when I received a call from a collections agency telling me I owed $1600. Keep in mind this is after reaching out, not once, but twice to the complex and providing them forwarding address of where I lived. Not only is it unprofessional, sneaky, horrible business practices, something that a slumlord would do, but it’s actually illegal. Which I didn’t know until I spoke with a consumer rights attorney and already had it removed from my credit report. Be very careful moving into this place not just because of the community, but also because of the residence that lives there as well as the lack of good management. Nice try I’m trying to ruin my credit, it didn’t work though guys. Next time make sure you’re following things legally.

I’ve had a great experience living at Echelon Apartments. The management team is always friendly and responsive, quickly addressing any issues I’ve had. The apartment itself is spacious, clean, and well-maintained. I appreciate the peaceful environment, and while the walls are a bit thin, it hasn’t been a major issue for me. The amenities are top-notch, especially the pool and fitness center. I also feel safe here, which is a big plus. Overall, I would highly recommend Echelon Apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to live!

Had a few personal issues at home and had to find a place to live suddenly and urgently. Got recommend these apartments through a friend. Called and talked to Gladis. Who helped my through the whole process. She was very professional and efficient. She was able to move me in just when I needed to and make the application and paper work process so easy. I would recommend this place, and gladis to anyone !:)
