Disastrous Experience with Blue Collar, total disregard for employees
My experience with Blue Collar was undeniably one of the worst in my professional career. I cannot express how disappointed I am with the lack of respect shown by this company towards its employees.
Firstly, the rude attitude of the managers and colleagues at Blue Collar is simply unacceptable. I was treated with disdain and indifference, creating a hostile and demotivating work environment. The lack of consideration for employees is evident in every interaction, making the professional experience extremely unpleasant.
Furthermore, the company has serious issues with payments. Despite my effort and dedication, I faced the frustration of not receiving the salaries owed. Blue Collar not only delayed payments but also failed to make them on multiple occasions. This created financial instability compromising the trust in the company.
The lack of communication is another alarming aspect. Attempts to contact them via email or phone were systematically ignored. The company simply disappears when questioned about important matters, such as outstanding payments or clarifications about working conditions. This negligent and disrespectful attitude demonstrates a complete lack of commitment to transparency and business ethics.
