BLANKSLATE Partners have been a huge boost to our business. As a 15 person early medical venture, it’s critical we take good care of our people, and have a solid HR foundation to attract talent and scale up. But our management team doesn’t have the time or expertise to run our HR internally, and we’re not ready for an in-house HR expert yet.
