Ever since the Blackburn family sold the business to Curtze Food Service out of Erie PA the customer service has gone down and the prices have gone up. My restaurant ordered quite often from Blackburn’s and has stopped with Curtze. They took a business that they built over the years to you’re just a number and that’s it.

Just another instance of companies not appreciating where they came from. They delivered to my parents, and local small stores for years, and now they want a huge order, just to show up. Shame on them, for not catering to the small businesses that put food on their table, when they started out…
