Great service and professionalism with BJM! They did a great job on providing certified, professional care for my mom, so she can remain in independent living. I have worked for BJM and Associates, Inc., off and on through the years as temporary help until I was direct-hired by a BJM client company where I was assigned. I have also been a manager with a BJM client company that hired extra staff from BJM when needed. I’ve now been BJM’s Business Development Manager and recruiter (in addition to wearing many other hats) for the last 13 years! What a wonderful career path BJM has me on!
As a Business Manager, I love my work as I am connecting and creating futures for people and their families. BJM serves two fields, the other side is fitting the right skilled people into great careers with top companies. BJM has been in our community for 49 years! I hope BJM is here many, many more years. Honest and compassionate company that is locally owned and family operated. BJM helped me tremendously during a transition after achieving my Master’s Degree by keeping my resume active and giving me the opportunity to refresh skills I hadn’t used in a while. I was screened and placed in an environment that fit “me”, which is something you have to do on your own as a job seeker. I feel Kurt and Greg took the time to know what I was looking for at the time, made sure I had the necessary background and interest, and kept in constant contact checking in throughout my time. I would definitely use them again should I make a change as they have reach in all areas in the market.
