This was a terrible experience all the way around. We were assigned very inexperienced VA’s. They didn’t understand basic IRA rules which resulted in an IRA distribution to a client that was under 59.5. They also didn’t understand basic SEC requirements for documenting client communication which resulted in missed notes, more work, lost of frustrated clients and internal team members. We attempted to coach them up which only resulted in us spending way more time, effort, energy, and money with no results. Terminated our relationship 9 months which in reality should have happened 6 months sooner. Would not recommend.
