Worked for this company for about four months. Communication between Carter Recruiting and Staffing and the business they had me work for was poor and inconsistent. Saw multiple other temp workers at the business I was working for last for about a three day period MAX before either being sent home or leaving of their own accord.
Toward the end of my time working there I reached out to Maggie about other opportunities within Carter Recruiting and Staffing and never received any reply.

Maggie did not get back to me after applying for a job. Not when she said she would, not when I texted. One week later I asked not to be considered. Quite unprofessional in my opinion. Stay away from this company.

The team was very helpful and responsive. Any time I had an inquiry or needed help, they were there to lend a hand and help the best they could. The team is nice and you can tell they are passionate about helping others find their right fit for their career. Highly recommend working with this company!!
