Having been with the company for 2 years now, I think that says a lot in itself. I have had the joy of working with some incredible people. Both residents and staff. In many different environments. This has given me valuable experience and confidence within my role. I am truly grateful for the work that I have received through BigAnt and have always felt supported from behind the scenes. The office team are a great, down to earth bunch who really do their best for us as staff. I have been supported incredibly by the office team and my workplaces throughout my pregnancy also. Needless to say, I now love my job and continue to work for the company.

Went in to see Mandy. She was very on the ball, arranged an interview the same day and I was offered the position the same day. She made the whole process uncomplicated and was there for me with any questions I had. Was also very knowledgeable about the company I interviewed with which was super helpful.

I found Mandy most helpful, considerate and patient with me especially when I tried to join the meeting via video link, when I got it completely wrong , instead of simply clicking to join the meeting.
