BGT Staffing is great. I was having a lot of trouble finding a *good* job opportunity after completing my associate degree in accounting. I am young and although I have the drive, work ethic and determination to learn, I didn’t have much experience yet, so finding a good position was very challenging… I met a couple times with Natalie who immediately saw my potential and after a little bit of waiting, which I expect in finding a good place to work long term, she found an opportunity for me at my current employer, which I absolutely love and feel was the perfect fit for me. I think Natalie has a great sense of assessing a potential employee’s skills and needs to match them with the best opportunity for them. In my opinion, this is not an agency that simply sticks you with any company that needs people. There is a degree of professionalism and care that I have not seen at any other staffing agency that I have met with. If you’re looking for quality and professionalism, apply with them.
