Hard to contact ,waiting reply an email long time. just work as first coordinator,then your life is your response. No response as It should be. Even if the local apartment is cheaper and better quality , BGRS provide more expensive 35% and lower quality hotel. My MD invited thier team to join the transfer process, no joine , no reply , no response. Reimbursement took at least 2-4 weeks. My top manager in the company still wonder why do we pay BGRS for such a p… service.

Complete scam company. A simple within EU relocation took 3 months. No reply to emails, no support on customer service. If your employer works with this company, well good luck…

DO NOT USE!! i received the wrong colour bed and they ignored all of my messages to exchange for the right colour. Also the bed was left outside my door and not signed for. Do not use this company, worst service i have received!
