First time at BG Automotive, and overall a great experience. Good communication on what needed to be repaired immediately and what could wait for a bit. Better than expected cost for what I had done. Only small issue was taking two full days for the repairs, but as a smaller shop, it happens. Next time I’ll plan on needing a little more time, just in case. I’ll definitely be taking my car for service again!

Not fan of mechanics (sorry) just had to many bad experiences. I finally feel like I have found an honest car place. They give you the run down of what they found in inspection and tell you what actually needs attention. Super nice and professional staff. I found them about a year ago and am completely satisfied with their service and will continue going to them. I even have recommended them to friends.

It’s a fine place with a great staff, very friendly and informative. They are very flexible when it comes to pricing and financing, even to the point of straight up lowering my cost just so I could get my car that day. My one and only gripe is how long it took to get my car back. It took almost 8 hours to get my car back from them when it was a power steering flush. There could have been much more happening that I didn’t see, but I was still a little surprised at how long it took.
