Victor is always so helpful with solving periodic service issues in our apartment and happens to be equally friendly. The staff consistently go above and beyond to make for a great resident experience. Even through an entire building renovation, the standard of service hasn’t diminished.

Let this serve as an extremely stern renters beware warning to anyone considering this residence. It was once a really nice community rental with many amenities, frequent residential events and functional building and units. It is now an absolute cesspool! With a multitude of unethical behavior going on. Ever since Waterton took over the property from Buzzuto (who were already neck deep in fraudulent behavior) 15 bank st has gotten even worse. Firstly, the apartments themselves. They just removed key-entry to the units in favor of a digital access key through the Brivo app which will sign you out two times a week and often doesn’t work at all. I have also found out through a digital programmer that Brivo is an extremely defenseless system so anyone with basic computer intrusion skills will be able to compromise the system. Additionally the units are not built to last and the maintenance team doesn’t fix anything properly and they forbid you from enlisting a 3rd party. They are very condescending and rude and on more than one occasion have entered my unit without knowledge until I come out of my bedroom and they’re standing there like they own the place. Second, the building itself, I hope you like walking down many flights of stairs because that’s what it is like most days since the elevators are constantly out of service, and it’s always the ones that have garage access. And even when one of the elevators with garage access is “out of order” they will close the other elevator to accommodate movers or garbage collection which will prohibit you from accessing the garage by elevator for the entire day. If you have a problem, any kind at all don’t take it to building management. They cover up complaints in order to maintain their image but it has been discovered they are currently under investigation and being sued by many past residents and have received five city code violations since June of 2024. They will increase your rent annually despite limited amenities, and quality decreases and if you attempt to break your lease early they threaten you with legal action and fines. Don’t fall into the same trap as many of us have with their pleasantries upon touring the residence because it’s all a facade, you will not be happy living here and neither will your financials.

We enjoyed our time living here because of the wonderful concierge named Nick. He is so friendly, always kind, very fun to chat with. Though we had to move out for work related reasons, we would preferred to stay here as long as we could because of him.
