So we waited for 30 days, it was only updated via text because we live in the province and it’s a waste of the fare when going to the Muntinlupa office and then it turns out that nothing happened. After 30 days, it still hasn’t been given because they say the processing is really 60 days! So we waited again until the 60th day. When they text, they don’t reply. When we called through the phone, the answer was the same. When he went to the Muntinlupa office, we were happy because his Orig Documents were finally released. The problem is, the salary is on hold! Yes on hold! Their reason is that the previous employer should call my husband so that he can get the salary. Well, they should be the ones to do it because they handle the money and records of the employees! So there is no update until now. They said to text and they will reply or call right away.. but there is no reply at all!!! Pure hope too!!! it’s good if the price is only 2k, we would have let it go. That’s a case of 10K plus. the thickness of the face of this agency!!!

What is the number in BASIC where I can make a complaint? Because my patience is running out, I asked my COE on February 06, 2022 then the HR Manager she gives credit for what was done in the request letter but until now April 26, 2022 there is nothing Padin, I am looking for a COE for my new mother to apply for work. Fail to comply with the said requirements means not qualified to work. The only thing I really lack is the COE. Yesterday, I went to their office for an update, they said that I will make a request letter, but I really don’t know that after I sent the request letter, I have nent on messenger so I can still see the date when I asked for my COE. they failed to provide their duty jud and I who obeyed will do it again but what’s more painful is that I don’t know if I will get my COE in the end because it’s too late to be able to enter the work that I worked so hard to enter 😔
