I’ve worked for BRS for about 3 months. The recruitment process was straightforward and there was no messing about, my manager Chris contacted me on a Monday and got me my first shift on the Tuesday, they took care of everything in between.
Chris has taken care of me every step along the way, quickly responding, usually within 30 seconds to any messages regarding concerns or questions I had, this responsiveness and care shown to the workers under BRS resulted in me and a few of the lads working with me who are also under BRS getting overtime, shift swapping and picking up more shifts easily. Every step in my employment with BRS has been handled very smoothly and professionally.
