Executive recruiter made no attempt to follow up with me regarding the status of my candidacy. I may not be the right candidate for this specific client they are representing (hint taken, obviously), but I may be the right fit for their next client. This is extremely disappointing considering they are specialized in Human Resources hiring. I did send follow up emails, one of which I received a vague reply several days after resending my email and the next email received no response. Employers, if you are using Benson Executive Search, they may not be helping you establish a positive reputation. Choose vendors wisely.
