They’re never open on time. Posted hours state that they’re open Monday through Friday at 9:00 AM. I have attempted to go there multiple times as late as 9:20 and the building is still shuttered closed with a line in the lobby.
This has happened multiple times but these are the two recent times I documented:
05/05/2025 I arrived 9:10 metal shutters still down. Waited until 9:15 and they still did not open.
05/19/2025 I arrived again 9:10 and waited a further 10 minutes until 9:20. Metal shutters down.
Again, I have had this happen at least 5 – 6 times but only bothered documenting above. It is too much of a coincidence that every time I go just happens to be the only times they’ve opened late. this is routine for this PO location .

Front desk representatives definitely need customer relations training 101. Also, priority mail takes 14 days after filing two package tracking cases, not the “estimated” 3 days, so don’t waste your money. Unlike other service providers, the US post office does not refund customers for unacceptable service.

Went there Monday morning 5/19/25. Waited to get in for 20 minutes to send a package. I had an appointment at 9:30 and had to leave. At that point, there were 10 people in line and several had left . A couple people tried to call, but no one answered the phone.
Did they get let go because of the government cuts!????
