Here’s my review, there’s a lot of people that go here so here’s my warning to you. Most of the people there are kind, but today I met a bad apple working for the government (Aka the people)
I was arriving today to help my grandmother renew her medicaid which she depends on. The process of going on the line to get my ticket was simple and easy, the staff was kind there. When I had to go up after my ticket was called the lady at the front working counter #3 was stern which is fine, however on the step of asking about an authorized representative for my grandmother they were extremely rude questioning my intelligence, I’m 20 by the way and all I was trying to ask “does my father have to physically be here with his ID” and this lady would not answer the question directly for the life of her, she kept repeating “when you return back to the office with ID to verify the authorized representative-” which was not my question, I was able to get my father up into the office with ID at that moment and all I needed answered was if they just needed the ID or both the person and the ID to be present. Just a fair warning, anticipate rude customer service representatives who work for the people and chose to work at a job servicing old people who will have trouble communicating. Unacceptable experience at this location and be prepared to have a nasty day going here.
