Here’s my review, there’s a lot of people that go here so here’s my warning to you. Most of the people there are kind, but today I met a bad apple working for the government (Aka the people) I was arriving today to help my grandmother renew her medicaid which she depends on. The process of going on the line to get my ticket was simple and easy, the staff was kind there. When I had to go up after my ticket was called the lady at the front working counter #3 was stern which is fine, however on the step of asking about an authorized representative for my grandmother they were extremely rude questioning my intelligence, I’m 20 by the way and all I was trying to ask “does my father have to physically be here with his ID” and this lady would not answer the question directly for the life of her, she kept repeating “when you return back to the office with ID to verify the authorized representative-” which was not my question, I was able to get my father up into the office with ID at that moment and all I needed answered was if they just needed the ID or both the person and the ID to be present. Just a fair warning, anticipate rude customer service representatives who work for the people and chose to work at a job servicing old people who will have trouble communicating. Unacceptable experience at this location and be prepared to have a nasty day going here.

This place discriminates against people with disabilities and I cannot even understand why this place is open for they violate human rights, ignore people, hang up on you and overall the people there don’t want to work. I’ve gone there before with a case worker and even she was ignored and after you make a complaint they fix the problem but then retaliate against you. I am literally talking about human rights violation and constantly denying your case for no reason, never calling to do interviews and overall sabotage of case activation. There are many discrepancies within the office and they should do a deep investigation because this place is super corrupt. They also mistreat people and don’t allow camera usage. They treat sick people like animals and also scream.

I am reaching out to express my concerns regarding an interaction I had with a member of your HR team when I recently visited your office to assist my father. Unfortunately, I felt that I was not treated with the respect and professionalism that should be expected from an HR representative. The individual in question appeared to be judging me and my family, making me feel uncomfortable during an already difficult situation. I believe that HR professionals should approach people with understanding and support, and I did not experience that in this interaction. I wanted to bring this to your attention because I believe everyone seeking assistance should be treated with dignity and respect. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and ensure that others do not have a similar experience in the future. The lady had curly dark hair with her attitude
