I applied to a CAS Assessor job for NY state through this agency. The woman gets my resume, cover letter etc. she sends me all this information from the state, pay schedule, insurance information, etc . I send her my resume. I don’t hear from her for 2 weeks. I email Bayview to see what the status of me getting this interview is. She tells me “ oh they’re having a zoom meeting the next day she’ll have more information on an interview date or if they want to interview me”. Great. A month has passed since I had to contact this person from Bayview to see what’s going on. No word from Wendy from Bayview. You do this for a living but you can’t tell me that the state does or doesn’t want to interview me for a job? you don’t contact me at all? She sends all this information as if I’m at least going to get an interview if not the job like pay schedules, holiday schedules insurance information for this job etc. I don’t even get a call back about any interview? she doesn’t even contact me to let me know they weren’t interested in interviewing me? Unprofessional , trashy avoid Bayview consulting at all cost. How do you recruit & hire people but then don’t follow through on anything afterwards?
