Uses the woman to make the initial call. As soon as I called him out, he tried to insult me and act as if I’m uneducated and know nothing about business.

Next to zero communication on a role that THEY approached ME to fill. I’m tempted to say that their communication skills were bad but that would leave a person with the impression that there was actually communication. There wasn’t.
