Very disappointed with the communication with the company.
We wanted to hire a C-level executive, and I was looking for the services that could help us with that.
When I called Barr Resources, Amy picked up the phone, and when I started talking the call suddenly interrupted. I thought something happened to the connection.
When I called back – she hanged up right after she heard my voice.
On the third call, I told her that we are not going to use their services and we go to competitors.
I advise the company to think about the case and make conclusions if they want not to lose potential clients in the future.
