I been working for Banner Personnel for eight months now ,this company is a great place to work for. The staff are very nice, MS. Stephanie is always their for me when I need assistant for anything, it seen like I known her for a life time. One day I will meet her, she is the best and I know the rest of the Banner team is the same. If anybody need a job keep calling and you will get a call from them and you want regret it!!!!

Sam Phachantry hands down is the best temp agency employer I’ve ever worked with. On top of everything quickly and efficiently, and consistent, kind and professional communication since day 1 and got me working very quickly! Highly recommend!

Not great. After interviewing they only offered me part-time hourly jobs, which were all pretty terrible (i.e. working at McDonalds, not even kidding), even though I have a master’s degree. They also asked me the lowest wage I would work for but then would call me for jobs that were even lower paying. What is the point of even asking? When I met other young people working with Banner that had my same education level they echoed my sentiments, the blatant disregard for our education-level or any of the types of jobs we said we were interested in working and the almost harassing phone calls about for ridiculously mundane and skill-less part-time work. These types of jobs were also the only jobs I ever got calls for. This is not a good company and I would not recommend it to anyone.
