My wife and I have worked for B Select for over a year. Great side gig opportunity and Kevin the manager is a great person to work for who really does care for his staff. You have to be super flexible and often get too many last minute operational changes or last minute work requests but that is not B Select’s fault… any bad experiences we have had have been due to the local venue management, but overall we have had a positive experience and continue to work there. We have a great working relationship with everyone at COTA.

I would give them a zero if I could I worked at the pga tour for them they wasted my time and where late paying us there was no organization they didn’t even have the hours I worked they had to call me and ask me as well as the communication is lacking I never got a schedule sent to me they didn’t even know how I got assigned to the area I was working and they assigned me there! Also everyday of the event I am a server and they where trying to assign me for prep waiting around so they could squeeze me in a server spot. Not to mention this at 7am in the morning and therefore wasting my time the last day of the event I was there at 6am and they didn’t have a spot for me just basically told me go with my friend and see if the person at her location would allow me to work .Very unorganized and u professional texted the person I was told was my point of contact with some questions bout my pay she then told me I needed to contact my point of contact and then I had to tell her she was my point of contact according to her boss also the fact that she was the one communicating with me the whole time and didn’t know she was my contact is very disheartening because shows the lack of organization within the company wouldn’t recommend to anyone

This company is not up front with pay, nor do they seem to have a system down to track all the people the hired so you can get lost in the shuffle, not to mention. the language barriers. I worked over 40 + hours for COTA. 14+ hours each day and they said i only made $300 as a PREMIUM bartender, you can’t verify tips nor do they show you a break down. i know for a fact ALL the bartenders didnt make $300 total for 15 bartenders . Claudia the HR manager was not direct in communication. i came from west coast to do this job, i reached out and communicated with before coming and accepting. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! If your small and hard working. they dont care about the people when the money is to large..
