We signed up for their 5 quality candidates for $5,000 package. Everything started off ok. We filled out all of the paperwork regarding our needs and Benchmark took a down payment of $2,500. Ultimately, they delivered a total of 2 candidates in 3 months. The first candidate was mediocre at best. The second candidate didn’t even have a vehicle to get to work, which was a requirement for the position. Neither of them showed up for their in person interview. On top of the lack of quality candidates, there was zero proactive communication from Benchmark. After we signed up and paid them, they stopped communicating for over a month. I only heard back after I had reached out to them to find out what was going on. That is when they gave me the 2 candidates. After those 2 didn’t show up for their interviews, another month went by with no communication from Benchmark. I reached out to them again to find out what was going on. I was told by their recruiter Brandi, that I should try to set up another interview with one of the original candidates who didn’t show up the first time. Why would I consider hiring someone who didn’t even bother to show up to their interview? When I reached out to Bradley about my concerns, he said he had 21 candidates in the pipeline and would get back to me by the end of the day on where things stood. That was the last time I heard from him. Save your money and stay away from this company. They essentially stole $2,500 from us. Their solution on not being able to deliver on what we paid for was to completely stop communicating with us. They are stunningly unprofessional and borderline scam artists.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY – It is a scam. I dealt with Bradley Cotlar directly and paid $5,000 for him to find us 2 positions. It has been 2 months and his phone is disconnected and hasnt answered my emails. We have reported this company to the authorities. Bradley is a thief and has stolen from many other companies.

John was very unprofessional and repeatedly contacted our employees, in a very aggressive fashion, even after they stated they were not interested in working with John’s company.
