no feedback after the interview and when all rounds were cleared, never informed before hand there will be 4 rounds of interview in a single day and after salary discussion 3 days passed and repeatedly asked for status just replied with “call me”! Small office, not adequate sitting arrangements or waiting lounge, long gaps between interview rounds I recently received a response regarding my job interview on February 1st. However, the entire discussion about the interview itself was disregarded. Instead, the so-called HR representative of the BCM Group focused on scrutinizing me over an honest review I had posted on Google Maps about the hiring process. If an organization cannot handle constructive criticism, one must question its ability to function effectively. After all, in a professional environment, feedback should be welcomed, not suppressed. While I was even willing to remove the review, the extent to which they attempted to control the narrative was unreasonable.
