After finishing my contract period of my employment, the refused to discuss my future opportunities. However, they did so with two of my colleague who were in the same situation. The only difference was my non-knowledge of the local language.

Welcoming and competent agency.

For me, a very unserious and unprofessional agency, or the consultants they employ.  The VŘ drags on for over 2 months, I don’t inform you about the progress at all, you call yourself to find out what the current status is. They keep you on a leash and say hang on, you are an interesting candidate, but the client is abroad and the client is this and the client is that… but hang on.  You keep it up because you are very interested in the job. You even announce yourself that you are going on vacation and would not like to lose the opportunity to participate in a personal meeting with the client. You are slowly getting used to the fact that you are dealing with the VŘ with about a fourth person.  And then the offer will appear again on Jobs.cz, but you keep it.  At least for someone to thank you by email for your patience and participation, but the client rejected you. Anything. But there is zero communication from Axial. I don’t understand how they can find clients who will give them work this way.  And yes, I am not afraid to say that I was a quality and reliable candidate, with good references and I fully met the client’s demand.  I definitely proved my loyalty, patience and reliability. So Axial, thank you for the valuable experience. The owners should reset internal processes or replace their employees with better professionals with a human approach. They don’t have to have titles on the front or back, as long as they do their job well. The fact that they present themselves, how long they have been doing this work, so in my case they behaved like amateurs. I’m not an offended candidate,  I just get annoyed  when people don’t do their jobs well. Review posted on behalf of husband.
