While the reviews for this practice aren’t all positive, my personal experience has been excellent. The front desk staff are professional, responsive, and efficient. I’ve primarily interacted with Elaina, who has been consistently helpful and pleasant. My therapist, Ara Tucker, is not only warm and approachable, but also highly skilled and insightful. She quickly established a strong rapport and creates a safe, supportive space for open conversation. Her ability to listen carefully and offer thoughtful guidance has made a real difference in my experience. Make an appointment with Ara and thank me later. 😁💯

I had been going to this practice for well over 12 years without an issue. Dr. Alathari is amazing and has been for many years! However, I just recently had an in-person appointment after doing them virtually for many years. They changed their policy were you must provide a drug screen every three months which isn’t an issue. I met with Zahra Almosawi the Clinical Supervisor and had the worst healthcare experience in my life. I went into her office to find three medical students sitting in a tight area within the office. Zahra accused me of being a drug seeker after being on the same medications for over 10 years. I simply needed a refill of my medication without changes. She was extremely rude, argued with me, didn’t listen to a word I said to her, and was completely disrespectful! If you go to this practice, beware of Zahra. I am astonished that she can practice in the mental health field and be as insensitive as she is. Zahra you are an absolute horrible provider and Dr. Alathari needs to fire you immediately! The backstory to this practice is that they work with Court systems as well to provide drug treatment to people on probation. The entire practice treats everyone like a criminal. I moved over to ThriveWorks and have had a wonderful experience since!

I have been seeing Dr. Husam AlAthari for almost a year now. He’s excellent, always ready to listen or suggest new things to try either in my outlook or behavior or well-thought out medication changes. He seems caring and compassionate. Their office staff are great too and getting appointments is easy and he wait times are short. Thank you!
