I was launching a new business and needed to get the fundamentals in place including a domain name, corporate email and the proper Microsoft 365 licensing. I was referred to Shawn Levin by a very trusted business advisor. Shawn responded to me directly and although I was not going to be a big job for his company, he gave me a priority spot on the schedule. Not only did Shawn get me set up very quickly, he educated me on the importance of taking the proper security measures. If I were to say Shawn and his team provided me with “white glove” service, that would be an understatement. They set me up with only what I needed and nothing I didn’t. I would recommend Shawn and his organization to anyone who is looking for honesty, straight answers and exceptional IT services!

We had high expectations after talking with Jim on the phone and meeting with Shawn in person. We spent several hours discussing ways to streamline our business, update our technology and improve overall efficiency of our local Baltimore business. Shawn appeared knowledgeable and professional and had what sounded to be a good ideas and recommendations. We were promised a proposal and assured that this company could meet our needs. Unfortunately there was absolutely no follow through. After not hearing from anyone for over a month, we reached out by email to follow up and still nothing. I guess this company can talk the talk… But it stops there. Save yourself the time and disappointment and seek out a true professional.
