This company thinks they can just put “100% satisfaction guaranteed” all over their website and products but that it doesn’t mean anything. I bought business cards that show on the package a card that prints all the way to the edge. I was told by support that this is impossible, and that the cards must have a border. This is false advertising. The company refuses to refund me or to send me cards that allow me to print to the edge. My complaint was escalated to a manager and I was just told “no”. No reason given. Avery needs to accept accountability for false advertising and their claim of guaranteed satisfaction.I complained to the better business bureau and they said they weren’t able to get a response from Avery, which is basically the hallmark of a shady and uncaring company. Do not support this trash brand.

I find the communication from Avery HR are very prompt and timely. Their response and feedback to any query made are fast and satisfactory. They are also very cordial and supportive. They address the relevant issue and provide detailed information on that to sort out the matter. Overall my experience with Avery HR is excellent.
