Max 1 star!! Absolutely not recommended as an employer! Bad pay. Long travel times to the place of work are not paid. In this regard, indifferent attitude towards employees and also felt pressure. Extremely lucrative business model in times of nursing shortages, high fluctuation and sick leave, in homes and clinics combined with legal minimum staffing requirements to avoid endangering patients. 15-16 hour days = 12 hours of additional unpaid travel time. Colleagues were totally exhausted. Nobody at Austrify is interested. The responsible operations managers sit – albeit in a cramped, pseudo-posh office. Unpleasant, extremely hierarchical atmosphere is clearly noticeable.
