I have been working with ALHCA for 4 years & have had nothing but a positive experience with support and recognition for the important work we do for vulnerable families.
The staff have supported me in my role as an educator and the families I’ve worked with have been amazing!
The children are growing up having more opportunities and experiencing the care of someone who truly cares about their individual needs.
It is a very worthwhile and rewarding job to care for a family of children and watch the progress in their education and wellbeing everyday.

I have worked for ALHCA for the last 6 months. The team are very accommodating, helpful and there when you need them. When contacting with questions, if one person doesn’t know the answer they will find a staff member that does. Quick to return phone calls a pleasure to work for.
