Very happy with their service. Fast, professional and personalised. First conversations were pleasant, allowing me to explain my profile and circumstances. On their end they were very transparant, detailing the general process and their business model. They presented a short-list of companies that fit my profile and interests, quickly got me into contact with their hiring staff and I was heading into interviews just a week later. Before the interviews I received some tailored advice/resources about the company and people I was meeting with. After the interview I received feedback through Austin Bright, which was much appreciated as a first time applicant. I signed with a company a little less than 4 weeks after our first talk. Communication was smooth and responsive: an appropriate mix of Zoom calls, phone calls and instant messaging. My only remark is that *to me* it seemed like they prefer going through their list of companies sequentially rather than being in talks with multiple companies at a time. I understand this reduces the per-case workload for Austin Bright but it does make it harder to have multiple open offers to compare. Again, that is only an impression, perhaps an incorrect one.

After I was laid off I worked with Alyssa and Cédric from Austin Bright Belgium next to a dozen different recruiters to find a new position. They were genuinely among the best I worked with. They really took the time to understand where I wanted to go with my career and in what kind of job I would be happy and function well. I applied to a lot of jobs on my own and felt like the market was very difficult, but thanks to their efforts I nevertheless now got a job that exceeds my own expectations and actually feels like a major career upgrade. Alyssa and Cédric consistently found jobs that were a great fit for me and offered more than decent renumeration and conditions. They were also always very helpful with arranging all practicalities.
