Switched carriers, but they wanted to keep the autopay. Took lots of emails & a few weeks to get them to stop billing me. Now, a bunch more emails & months later, they say the will finally refund what they owe, but not for a few more weeks. Never an apology, Instead, repeatedly was told that this was an issue for another department, they are correct based on information from yet another department & they are simply following company policy.
