Ordered from Matthew of Facebook and ordered a bazooka sound bar but received a different sound bar. I’ve tried getting in contact with him and he has just quit responding to me.

ATV Outfitters seems to be one of those good small town companies you wish there were more of. I ordered these floor boards and while they did take a good while to get to me (waiting on third party to make them) Matthew was always very polite to me when I would call or email to ask about the status of my order. He even took time to contact the manufacturer to specifically check on my order. I always appreciate good customer service who show they care about taking care of their customers. Thank you for making sure I got my floor boards.

Online order 3 months ago. I have emailed them, no answer. I have tried calling them 15+ times, it always rings all the way to voice-mail. I have left voice-mail. Never answered.
Are they screening my canadian call? Then answer the emails….
They charged my credit card and still no product.
I really want the specific item I ordered, if not talk to me and let me know if it will take time or if you can’t get it (then obviously refund me….)
Please reply to emails or your phone.
I have attached a picture of the sky. As all I have left is hopes and dreams to one day hear back or get a refund.
