I expect professionalism and respect for time in any executive recruiting process. Unfortunately, my recent experience with AtlasAdvancement fell short.
After meaningful engagement around a senior-level opportunity, including calls and detailed follow-up, communication was abruptly dropped without any closure. Ghosting candidates — especially at this level — reflects poorly on the firm and wastes valuable time.
I won’t be engaging with them again and wouldn’t recommend them to other professionals who expect basic accountability and follow-through.
