Great Company to Work With!
I’ve worked with a lot of real estate investors over the years, but Atlas Residential stands out. They were professional, and paid on time. They respected my crew’s time and work. Although I didn’t end up doing business with Atlas Residential, I was genuinely impressed by how professional, polite, and upfront their team was throughout our conversation. They were kind in their approach and took the time to clearly explain that they typically work with homeowners whose properties need some renovation, and that they usually don’t purchase homes built in 2023 or newer. I appreciated their honesty and transparency—it’s rare and refreshing. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to sell an older home that needs some work.

I want to say that from the first call this team was amazing. Not only they make everything clear and easy to understand, they were honest and upfront on what need it to be done. Dealing with this situation can be overwhelming and they make it easy. The offer was good and the process was done in a convenient way for us. I can’t express how grateful we are, from the manger, to the notary, lawyers and staff I have no complaints only praise.
