Had a pleasant customer service phone experience over the phone with Jacob. He was able to answer my enquire with great patience, clear instructions, guidance and resources that would’ve been seen as overwhelming but explained in a way that I could understand. He had good rapport and good energy ! I left the phone call very happy 🙂 – Vivian.

I juat had an awesome phone call with Jacob who very clearly and concisely explained how the Self-Employment Assistance program worked from start to finish and answer all of my questions too (which were many)! What an absolute pleasure it was to speak with him, have a laugh and “kick goals”! Nothing was too much for him! Rock on Jacob!

I have had two wonderful calls with Asuria, one last Friday and one today with Jacob who has been particularly patient, enormously encouraging and surprisingly supportive which I really appreciate. I’m amazed by their marvellous customer service and very much thankful for being treated with respect, understanding and kindness. Thumbs up to this organisation for doing good for other people.
