Do NOT use Aspire Tech. Due to their error, I was shut down for three hours – Outlook and Microsoft were both down. I could not access any files or my email. Then, I spent HOURS on the phone with them as they tried to correct it. A couple of weeks later, they send a HUGE bill for their time. They refused to reconsider, even though they caused me to lose a lot of time at work. I eventually had to dispute the charge with AmEx. . . . I’ve been trying to move my services away from them since November (over 4 months). Once you sign up, you’re stuck! Your only saving grace is to try to exit when your Microsoft account comes up for renewal. They will NOT offer any assistance. Brian Molder will set up conference calls to take care of it, and then not show up. You expect to be able to run your business and have IT run in the background. Not so with Brian Molder and AspireTech.
